Booking should feel clear from the beginning. These answers bring the most important planning, payment, weather, and delivery details into one place.
How do I book a session?
Start with the inquiry form and share the session, people, and preferred dates you have in mind. Lexus will follow up to confirm availability and details. After availability is confirmed, a $25 nonrefundable retainer holds the date and applies toward the session total. The remaining balance is due by the session date.
What help will I receive before the session?
Lexus helps plan the location, timing, outfits, and simple direction so you do not need to arrive knowing how to pose. Final details are confirmed before payment.
What happens if weather changes our plans?
If weather makes an outdoor session unsafe or impractical, Lexus will work with you to choose a new date. The retainer transfers to the rescheduled session.
When will I receive my photographs?
The expected turnaround is confirmed before booking and may vary by session type and season. Your private gallery will contain Lexus’s selected and professionally edited digital photographs. RAW and unedited files are not included.
How long can I access my client gallery?
Client galleries are available for 30 days. Download and safely save your finished photographs before the expiration date shown in your delivery message.
How is travel pricing calculated?
Travel more than 25 miles from Muskegon is $0.70 per mile for the portion of the round trip beyond the included 50 miles.
