Booking policy summary
This page summarizes the current public booking terms. Lexus confirms the final session details and any additional agreement before accepting payment.
Retainer and payment
A $25 nonrefundable retainer holds a date only after Lexus has confirmed availability. The retainer applies toward the total session price. The remaining balance is due by the session date.
Payment instructions are provided only after the date and session collection are confirmed. A secure Square payment link may be used for supported cards and mobile wallets. Cash App may be offered as a confirmed-client backup. Clients should not send payment from an unverified link or before receiving confirmation from Lexus.
Weather
If weather makes an outdoor session unsafe or impractical, Lexus will work with the client to choose a new date. The retainer transfers to the rescheduled session.
Client rescheduling and cancellations
Clients should contact Lexus as early as possible when plans change. Rescheduling is subject to availability. The specific transfer or cancellation terms are confirmed before the retainer is paid.
Late arrival
A late arrival may reduce the amount of shooting time available because later commitments and lighting conditions may prevent the session from running beyond its confirmed end time.
Editing and delivery
The expected turnaround is confirmed before booking and may vary by session type and season. Galleries contain Lexus’s selected and professionally edited digital photographs. RAW and unedited files are not included.
Portfolio and social-media use
Image use is discussed before the session. Photographs are shared publicly only under the permission agreed with the client or, for a minor, the parent or legal guardian.
Personal print release
Delivered photographs may be downloaded, shared, and printed for personal use. Commercial resale, heavy re-editing, and claiming the photographs as another photographer’s work are not permitted.
