Privacy notice
Last updated July 29, 2026. This notice explains the information used by the LXE Photography website for inquiries and private photograph delivery.
Session inquiries
When someone submits an inquiry, LXE Photography receives the information that person chooses to provide, such as a name, email address, phone number, requested session, preferred dates, and message. That information is used to respond, discuss availability, plan the requested session, and maintain basic booking records. LXE Photography does not sell inquiry information.
Private client galleries
A client-delivery gallery may store the client name, gallery title, private gallery code, protected PIN information, expiration date, and the finished photographs selected for delivery. PINs and studio sign-in codes are not stored as readable plain text. Gallery photographs are kept in private Cloudflare storage and are delivered only through the protected website routes.
A gallery becomes inaccessible at its stated expiration time, 30 days after it is created. Scheduled cleanup then permanently removes the expired gallery records and stored photograph files. Clients should download and safely save their photographs before the displayed expiration date.
Cookies and security information
The private studio and client galleries use essential security cookies to remember an authenticated session. A photographer studio session lasts up to 12 hours. A client gallery-access session lasts up to 6 hours and never extends the gallery’s 30-day expiration. These cookies are used only for secure access and are not advertising or tracking cookies.
The website may create one-way hashes derived from an internet address to limit repeated login, PIN, and inquiry attempts. These abuse-prevention records do not contain the readable internet address and are removed automatically after they are no longer needed.
Website providers
The website uses Cloudflare services for hosting, security, email delivery, database records, and private photograph storage. If direct website inquiry delivery is temporarily unavailable, the form may open the visitor’s email application so the visitor can review and send the inquiry directly.
Public photographs
Portfolio and social-media use is discussed separately from private gallery delivery. Photographs are shared publicly only under the permission agreed with the client or, for a minor, the parent or legal guardian. A private client gallery does not by itself grant permission for public use.
